Join Early Learning NEXUS for the Summer Reading & Art Program each Saturday morning.
This free program is geared toward children ages 0-8 years old and allows families with young children to enjoy a morning listening to an assortment of poetry and stories, followed by a creative project that supports the theme of the week.
This week’s theme is MAKING MISTAKES: WHAT WE DO WITH THEM, and we’ll be reading The Book of Mistakes by Corrina Luyken. CLICK HERE to see the complete Schedule.
“The Early Learning NEXUS program bridges child development theory and parenting to provide effective guidance during those critical years, and we’re excited to share this method with local families,” said Dr. Nicole Masek, Founder & Facilitator of Early Learning NEXUS. “Parents and children can benefit from the tools we use, and what better environment to learn than the beautiful CityLine Plaza.”
Participants at any session will receive a 50 percent discount for enrolling in the Early Learning Nexus Parent-Toddler program for one month, a $60 value, which allows both children and parents to learn together to optimize early childhood experiences.
The program will be moved inside Top Pot in the event of inclement weather. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
