At CityLine, we love being a gathering place for the community. However, we are closely monitoring developments of the COVID-19 outbreak and are taking appropriate steps to support the health and safety of our guests, residents, tenants, and employees.
“This executive order rescinds most of the Governor’s earlier executive orders related to COVID-19. Effective next Wednesday, all businesses of any type may open to 100% capacity. Additionally, this order ends the statewide mask mandate in Texas. Businesses may still limit capacity or implement additional safety protocols at their own discretion”
CityLine is excited to welcome back outdoor events to the plaza, a one-acre area with plenty of space to social distance. As we roll out our events, please know guest safety continues to be our highest priority with extra cleaning measures in place. We regularly sanitize tables, chairs, and handrails, and will increase frequency of sanitizing during events and afterwards. There is hand sanitizer conveniently located around the plaza. And if you aren’t sure if you are socially distanced from your neighbor, circles on the grass serve as a quick reference.

The following types of business establishments may operate at up to 75 percent of the total listed occupancy of the establishment…: Dine-in restaurants
Every person in Texas shall wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when inside a commercial entity or other building or space open to the public, or when in an outdoor public space, wherever it is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing from another person not in the same household; provided, however, that this face-covering requirement does not apply to… any person while the person is consuming food or drink, or is seated at a restaurant to eat or drink.
“For dine-in services by restaurants that have less than 51 percent of their gross receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages, the occupancy limit shall remain at 75 percent until 12:01 a.m. on June 29, 2020, at which time such restaurants may only operate at up to 50 percent of the total listed occupancy of the restaurant…”

“Governor Greg Abbott today announced the first phase of the State of Texas’ ongoing plan to safely and strategically open Texas while minimizing the spread of COVID-19. Under Phase I, certain services and activities are allowed to open with limited occupancy, and the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is issuing minimum standard health protocols for all businesses and individuals to follow.”
“By way of Executive Order (GA-18), all retail stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and malls are permitted to reopen on Friday, May 1. These services must limit their capacity to 25% of their listed occupancy.”

Whole Foods CityLine will be open from 7 – 8 AM for shoppers 60+. The store will be open to the general public from 8 AM – 8 PM.
Governor Greg Abbott today issued a waiver that will allow restaurants to deliver alcoholic beverages with food purchases to patrons, including beer, wine, and mixed drinks. The Governor also directed the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) to waive certain provisions to allow manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers of alcoholic beverages to repurchase or sell back unopened product.
