State Fair Specials at Tricky Fish

No ticket required—just bring your appetite. Tricky Fish is serving up State Fair favorites right here in Richardson at CityLine, from Sept. 19 through Halloween. Think spicy ‘Douille Dogs dipped in hushpuppy batter, life-changing Fried Oreos, and our boozy Midway Mudslide topped with a freshly fried Oreo. All the indulgence of the fair, minus the long lines, sweaty crowds, and parking headaches.

Douille Dogs

Step aside hushpuppies—there’s a new dog in town. Spicy andouille sausage is drenched in our famous hushpuppy batter, deep fried and served with creole mustard.

Fried Oreos

These Oreos will change your life (for better or for worse). We dipped them in our special batter and deep fried them to warm, gooey perfection.

Midway Mudslide:

The only ride we actually want to take. This boozy, chocolatey blend of vodka, Kahlúa, Baileys and heavy cream is served with an Oreo-crusted rim and a freshly fried Oreo.
