What To Expect
No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Our instructors offer modifications throughout class, allowing you to work in a way that’s both challenging and feels amazing in your body.
What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.
What To Bring
Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated, a yoga mat, and an optional set of hand-held weights.
